The Maurice Saxby Creative Development Program is a two-week mentorship in Melbourne offered to emerging children’s writers and/or illustrators. These successful candidates will meet with published authors/illustrators and publishers; have their work mentored by an author/illustrator or editor; visit State Library of Victoria Children’s Collection with a representative from the State Library and more in August this year.
